–Does my order include VAT?
Our website is “geo sensitive” and will automatically display the price without VAT if you are browsing from outside the EU.
–Will I pay import costs?
ACME will not charge VAT for any order shipped outside the EU.
However, any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing our products.
–How do I calculate import taxes paid upon arrvial?
Import duties, taxes and charges are generally calculated by local custom inspectors. Generally, the payment for these import costs is requested before the delivery of the item. –what does Free Shipping in 30/45/60 days means?
If you see the message FREE SHIPPING IN 30/45/60 DAYS it means the item in the size you have selected is currently not in stock and it will require manufacturing. The period of time depends on the volume of items pending manufacturing and it is the total number of days your order will need to both manufacture and deliver.
–When will receive myorder?
Any orders with the items in stock will be processed immediately and shipped with a delivery time of 2-7 days depending on the country. Please contact with our Customer Service department if your order has been delayed.
–How can I track my shipment?

–How are exotic skin items shipped?
Orders containing exotic skins (e.g lizard, alligator, crocodile) must be accompanied by a certificate issued by the ministry that indicates the traceability of the skins.
- This certificate is only needed to export pairs of exotic skins outside the EU.
- Official CITES Certificates are issued by the Spanish administration and usually delay shipments by approximately 1 month from the submission date.
Exchange/Returns
How do I return an item?
Please send a couple of pictures of the shoes and the soles of the shoes at info@ACMEshoemaker.com to request an authorization return form . You can exchange your items or return them for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order. Returns or exchanges are not free of charge, and they fall under the customer’s responsibility.
Please contact with your preferred shipping company, we only ask to use a service that offer a tracking system service to guarantee the safety of your parcel.
Some items cannot be exchanged/returned, such as:
Socks
Shoes with metal toe cap
MT0 (made-to-order) shoes
Any product that has been modified
at the customer’s request Any items that have been worn and hence re-sellable
–How do I request anexchange?
Please send a couple of pictures of the shoes and the soles of the shoes at info@ACMEshoemaker.com to request an authorization exchange form . Let our Customer Service team know which size you wish to exchange for so they can reserve it for you.

–How do I get an authorization form?
Please contact info@ACMEshoemaker.com with pictures of the shoes and the soles of the shoes so they can provide you with your authorization form which you will need to include inside your parcel.
–Are returns/exchanges free?
For the time being, no. The costs of the shipping to our warehouse in Mallorca are to be supported by the client. However, the shipping back to your address in case of an exchange is free of charge.
–I wish for an exchange. Do pay importation costs again?
It depends on the regulations of each country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine if and what these additional costs will be prior to proceeding.
–Are there any items cannot return or exchange?
Some items cannot be exchanged/returned, such as:

ACME Shoemaker sizes are UK standard sizes.

–Are ACME shoes available in narrow or wide fit?
Are ACME shoes available in narrow or wide fit?Yes, ACME offer E (NARROW) and EEE (WIDE) widths.
–What is my belt size?
The size is measured from the middle hole to the end edge of the buckle. Please measure your waist with your trousers on and leave some extra space (3-5 cm) and that’s your belt size. E.g Waist measures 86 cm – your belt size should then be 90 cm.
