Shipping and Delivery
The shipping cost can be viewed on the checkout page, when we confirm your order and receive the freight charge from courier.
Ready-to-wear orders are processed by our logistics in 1-2 working days from the date of our order confirmation. Orders with special requirements may take more days.
[ GLOBALLY ] Delivery normally takes place within 3-10 working days from when the order is being handed over to the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take extra days.
The products are delivered by DHL, FedEx, EMS courier during office hours. During sales and promotions time, shipments may take longer.
We remind you that shipments and deliveries might not be made on weekends and during public holidays and it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the People’s Republic of China, any customs import charges will be charged to the recipient.
We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, they will be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has arrived at destination.
We therefore invite you to contact the customs authorities of your country to verify the costs and any import limits.
Returns and Refunds
1.Shoes must be returned to us within 7 working days of the delivery date to your address, in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear or use, for return reasons, please take care when first trying on your shoes, try on a carpeted surface to avoid any marking of the soles, & avoid bending the foot to minimise creasing of the shoe.
We highly recommend our clients to be sure of their size before ordering the shoe. Shoes ordered in the wrong size can be exchanged for a different size, but we do not refund shipping costs in this circumstance. The only time we will refund shipping incurred by the customer is if the goods we have sent out are faulty in some way, the fault must be reported to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods, after inspection at our workshop, if perceived to be a genuine fault/flaw, a full refund will be given for the goods and shipping cost incurred.
We shall arrange to refund the Client for the whole amount paid, net of consignment charges incurred and any customs duty paid for importation, within 7 working days when we received the returned product and confirm the return with the Client, via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
2.In order to exercise the right to cancel set out in the preceding Clause 1, the Client shall send notification to us within the time limits indicated to the following email address: email@example.com.
3.In the event of cancellation, the Client shall return the products to us at the Client’s expense within 7 working days of said cancellation:
The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging, having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt and in compliance with the following conditions:
- the right to cancel may be applied to the purchased product as a whole; it is not in fact possible to return only part of the purchased product (for eg., shoe trees, dust bags, shoe laces, complementary items, etc.);
- the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products for which the Customer has requested personalisation;
- until confirmation of receipt by the warehouse indicated by us is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client;
- should the goods be damaged in transit, we shall notify the Client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation;
- we shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.
NOTE: It is not possible to request a change or a refund of a customized product.
4.In any case, the Client shall forfeit the right to cancel should we discover any of the following:
- that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
- that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., shoe trees, dust bags, shoe laces, complementary items, etc.) .
- Should the right to cancel be forfeited, we shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting the shipping costs from the same and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
